O título honorifico de cidadão xinguarense concedido a Fábio Lima dos Santos foi aprovado por unanimidade pela Câmara Municipal em sessão realizada na noite desta segunda, 26. O plenário aprovou o projeto de resolução apresentado pelo vereador Neném Mototaxi (Republicanos)
Para justificar o projeto de resolução, o autor apresentou o histórico de Fábio Lima, reconhecendo – o como empreendedor no município, mediante a implantação do DF Clínica, especializada em exames laboratoriais e medicina do trabalho, além de sua atuação como cidadão que tem prestado relevantes serviços à sociedade xinguarense, contribuído para o desenvolvimento da economia local.
Graduando em Recursos humanos, pela Universidade Brasil e pós-graduando em Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho pela Faculdade Faveni, Fábio Lima, em 2017, teve participação ativa na reestruturação da Cooperlimpa – cooperativa que contribui com o município de Xinguara através da reciclagem, gerando emprego e renda e minimizando os impactos ambientais, quando foi reativado junto a um grupo de cidadãos xinguarenses que tinham como preocupação a preservação do meio ambiente.
Em 2013 fez o Empretec, pelo Sebrae, buscando conhecimento para melhor atuar e oferecer seu trabalho como colaboração ao desenvolvimento de Xinguara e região.
Como empresário e associado a uma entidade representativa importante deste município, em 2020 foi convidado para fazer parte da diretoria da Aciapa como Diretor do Conselho Fiscal, atuando ativamente junto a esta importante instituição em defesa do empresariado local se posicionando sempre a favor do desenvolvimento e da geração de emprego e renda de Xinguara.
Em 2021 foi indicado pelo presidente da Associação Comercial e empresarial de Xinguara para compor como membro do Conselho Municipal de Meio Ambiente.
Fábio, juntamente com sua companheira, Maria Cilene dos Santos Sales, tem ampliado as instalações das estruturas e dos serviços da DF Clínica e DF Consultoria e Segurança do Trabalho e tem como paixão pelo que faz, a dedicação aos filhos Daniel Lima da Silveira de 9 anos e Mateus Lima da Silveira de 6 anos, estudantes neste município.
